terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing Reece Worldwide Travel. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which outline the relationship between you (the "Client") and Reece Worldwide Travel ("we," "us," or "our"). Please read these terms and conditions carefully, as they govern your use of our services and bookings.

Booking Services  
Reece Worldwide Travel provides curated travel planning and booking services, offering tailored travel experiences to meet each Client's unique needs. A signed agreement and/or payment of a deposit constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. All travel services, including but not limited to flights, accommodations, tours, and activities, are subject to availability at the time of booking and are not confirmed until a receipt has been issued.

Payment and Fees  
Clients are responsible for paying all costs associated with their travel arrangements, including service fees where applicable. Payments must be made in accordance with the terms outlined in your booking confirmation. Failure to make timely payments may result in the cancellation of your reservation. Any deposits paid are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

Suppliers and Third-Party Services  
Reece Worldwide Travel acts as an agent for various suppliers, including airlines, hotels, and tour operators. The Client acknowledges that we are not liable for the actions, omissions, or policies of these suppliers. Each supplier operates under its own terms and conditions, which may limit or exclude liability.

Cancellations and Changes  
All cancellations or changes to bookings must be requested in writing via email to laura.reece@reecewt.com or your respective travel advisor. Cancellation and change fees may apply based on the terms and conditions of the suppliers. Reece Worldwide Travel will make every effort to accommodate changes, but availability and pricing are not guaranteed.

Travel Insurance  
We strongly recommend that Clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events, including trip cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, and lost or delayed baggage. Reece Worldwide Travel is not responsible for any losses incurred if travel insurance is not obtained.

Passports, Visas, and Documentation  
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and any required documentation for travel. Reece Worldwide Travel is not liable for delays, denied boarding, or other issues arising from failure to meet these requirements.

Liability and Indemnity  
Reece Worldwide Travel is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, or delay caused by third-party suppliers or unforeseen circumstances. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Reece Worldwide Travel and its agents from any claims or damages arising from the use of our services.

Governing Law  
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Florida law.
